This year volunteers will be giving candle lighted tours, starting inside of the museum, across the grounds to let everyone know how Christmas was celebrated before the War Between the States, during the War at the home front and after the War. Guests will also get a chance to learn what it was like for the Confederate Soldiers during the war during Christmas. At the end of the tour, groups will go to the site’s group shelter where they can do arts and crafts to pass down the generations.
